He has been a partner at DCC Automation/Dairy Conveyor Corp since January 2007, contributing to the company’s growth and success for over 17 years. Before this role, Peter served as VP of Operations at Dairy Conveyor Corp for 14 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from St. John’s University. Peter is highly recognized for his  leadership and skills in manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement.

Michael Debald is a highly-knowledgeable Electrical Engineer with nearly two decades of experience at Dairy Conveyor Corporation, specializing in automation and controls, field commissioning, and continuous improvement. He has been a partner at DCC Automation/Dairy Conveyor Corp since January 2007, contributing to the company’s growth and success for over 17 years. Before his tenure at Dairy Conveyor, he honed his electrical engineering skills at Intel Corporation and Hewlett-Packard. Michael holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.

Karl Horberg is an accomplished financial executive with over two decades of experience as the Chief Financial Officer at Dairy Conveyor Corporation, based in Brewster, New York. Karl’s extensive career includes a notable tenure as the Vice President of Finance at Beaver Brook Circuits, Inc. His professional journey began as a Retail Operations Manager at Dansk International Designs. Karl holds an MBA in Business from the University of New Haven and a BSBA in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University.

Dan Rosa is a seasoned sales executive with over three decades of experience in the automation and secondary packaging industries. Since August 2021, he has been serving as the Regional Senior Executive Sales Engineer at DCC Automation/Dairy Conveyor Corporation, where he leverages his extensive expertise to drive sales and support for the company’s automation solutions. Before joining DCC Automation, Dan had a distinguished 30-year tenure at Cannon Equipment. Dan’s leadership and strategic vision have consistently delivered outstanding results, making him a valuable asset in the field of automation and secondary packaging solutions.

Horia Saulean is the Director of Robotic Solutions at DCC Automation, where he leads innovative projects in industrial automation. With a strong background in robotics and a passion for cutting-edge technology, Horia drives the development and implementation of advanced robotic systems here at DCC Automation. His leadership and expertise are instrumental in delivering customized automation solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity for a diverse range of industries.
